Armands is a Chairman of the Board of the Latvian Food Competence Centre, cluster manager of Food Products Quality Cluster and has 10 years of professional experience in management of EU funded projects and 5 years in coordinating and managing cluster initiatives. Co-founder of EASTERN EUROPE FOOD CLUSTERS NETWORK, he specialises in food export promotion and internationalization. Participated in the Baltic Leadership Programme for Cluster Managers organised by Swedish Institute, has a Master degree in Business Administration and IT. Speaks Latvian, English and Russian.
