Two days full of inspiration and exchange of experience, 3 thematic areas, 18 debates, more than 40 Partners and 80 experts – this is how the 12th Mazovia Development Forum will look like. The most important event dedicated to the role of the European Union in the development of the region will take place on December 6-7th at the Legia Warsaw Conference Center. Participation is free of charge. Register today or join us online!
The Mazovia Development Forum is a unique space for discussion, sharing knowledge and experience among representatives of different areas. And all this in topics related to our presence in the European Union. An interactive space co-created by organizations from administration, business, science and the non-governmental sector awaits the participants of the event. For the first time in the history, students and graduates will also get their space. The event is organized by the Mazovian Unit of the EU Programmes Implementation under the honorary patronages of the Marshal of Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy and European Commission Representation in Poland.
The Mazovia Development Forum will become a space for sharing opinions among more than 80 experts representing various areas. On the main stage we will talk about the future of European funding and the assumptions of the European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027 programme. We will consider what is already behind and what is yet to come for local governments. We will present the achievements of modern medicine, talk about business development, sustainable urban development, and tourism. We will consider how to support the mental health of children and young people, but also how to use technology for the benefit of local residents. The Youth Stage will also become a space for many interesting conversations. Do the young want to be leaders? How to have an impact local issues? How to support startups? These are just some of the topics planned to be discussed. There will also be conversations about the future of our planet, the challenges of volunteering and helping professionally (including in the context of helping refugees), data security, or issues related to education.
An attractive offer of consultations, simulations, workshops and demonstrations awaits participants of the 12th Mazovia Development Forum. What will be happening?
Selected activities will also take place in specially created presentation and workshop spaces. It is there that you will learn about the offer of business financing or tourism support. Demonstrations, on the other hand, will deal with life-saving first aid and the possibilities of post-covid rehabilitation. Together with you we will consider how young people can get involved in the affairs of their cities or municipalities. You will experience in practice what limitations people with disabilities face on a daily basis. You will talk about where to get energy now that climate change has become a reality. You will take part in games that support the development of future competencies. You will check whether an avatar has a chance to replace a lecturer at the university. You will look for answers to the question of how to build innovation and value chains at the intersection of agro-food, health and high-tech industries.
Let’s meet on December 6-7 at the Legia Warsaw Conference Center. Participation in the event is free of charge. We invite you to register via www.forumrozwojumazowsza.pl .
