Jego dorobek naukowy to ponad 50 publikacji, w tym dwie monografie oraz kilka artyku\u0142\u00f3w w czasopismach zagranicznych. W 2009 r. zosta\u0142 laureatem g\u0142\u00f3wnej nagrody \u201eZ\u0142ote Skrzyd\u0142a Gazety Prawnej\u201d za najlepsz\u0105 ksi\u0105\u017ck\u0119 w kategorii \u201epodatki\u201d.\u202fWcze\u015bniej Rafa\u0142 Rosi\u0144ski by\u0142 wicemarsza\u0142kiem wojew\u00f3dztwa zachodniopomorskiego i wieloletnim radnym Sejmiku Wojew\u00f3dztwa.\u202fRafa\u0142 Rosi\u0144ski od ponad 15 lat jest zwi\u0105zany z Polskim Towarzystwem Ekonomicznym, w latach 2020 \u2013 2024 by\u0142 prezesem Oddzia\u0142u PTE w Koszalinie, cz\u0142onkiem Zarz\u0105du Krajowego PTE oraz jest cz\u0142onkiem Rady Naukowej PTE.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:240,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Rafa\u0142 Rosi\u0144ski holds a doctorate in economics and worked at the Technical University of Koszalin, where he was vice-dean for student affairs. In 2008, he obtained his doctoral degree in economic sciences at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gda\u0144sk. His scientific output includes more than 50 publications, including two monographs and several articles in foreign journals. In 2009, he was awarded the main prize &#8222;Golden Wings of Gazeta Prawna&#8221; for the best book in the category &#8222;taxes&#8221;. Previously, Rafa\u0142 Rosi\u0144ski was deputy Marshall of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and a councillor of the Voivodeship Assembly for many years.
